- Install husky v9 and lint-staged v16 for git hooks
- Configure pre-commit hook to run lint-staged
- Add lint-staged config for JS/TS/TSX/Astro (ESLint + Prettier)
- Add lint-staged config for JSON/MD/CSS (Prettier only)
- Install missing prettier-plugin-tailwindcss dependency
